Nathaniel S. Bank is an associate in the firm’s Business & Finance Department. His practice is focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and governance, corporate finance, securities law and other business-related legal issues. Representation related to these areas of practice consists of the drafting and negotiation of a variety of contracts, including asset or stock purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements and other documents relative to the formation, ownership, operation, management and transfer of businesses. His practice also includes preparation and review of periodic reports and SEC filings, including proxy materials required for shareholder meetings, as well as the counseling of non-profit organizations on various governance issues.
Community Involvement:
Mr. Bank serves as a Board member of Rochester Young Professionals, Inc. (RYP), and is on the Advisory Committee for the Roc City Coalition organization. He is a contributing member of NextGen Rochester (an initiative of the Rochester Area Community Foundation) serving on its Grants Committee, and he helps organize events for various other non-profit organizations throughout the year. He is an active member of the Cornell Club of Rochester and the UB Law Alumni Association, as well as the Diversity Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association.

Mr. Bank is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Business Law, Intellectual Property and Young Lawyers Sections, as well as the Monroe County Bar Association and its Business Law and Young Lawyers Section.
Other:
Mr. Bank resides in the South Wedge neighborhood of the City of Rochester with his dog Sol. He is a regular at Hot Shots Indoor Beach Volleyball and enjoys hitting the slopes at Bristol Mountain throughout the winter months. He is a strong advocate for the City of Rochester and the redevelopment of the urban core.
