Michael Davis Hoenig is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department where he concentrates his practice on commercial disputes in state and federal court, domestic and international arbitration and mediation.  Mr. Hoenig has represented clients in breach of contract, commercial tort, securities, consumer protection violations, copyright, patent infringement, commercial mortgage foreclosure, successor liability, trusts and estates, and commercial landlord tenant disputes.

Mr. Hoenig received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he served as Articles Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Dispute Resolution.  Mr. Hoenig received his B.A., cum laude with departmental honors, from New York University.

Bar Admissions:

Mr. Hoenig is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Professional Affiliations:

Mr. Hoenig is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association.
