Our Web site is not
intended to and does not create an attorney-client relationship between you
and Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP. The only way to become our client is by
specific and explicit agreement with an individual attorney at Woods Oviatt
Gilman LLP. Sending us an e-mail message will not make you a client of Woods
Oviatt Gilman LLP. If you are interested in having us represent you, please
call us at (585) 987-2800; we will determine whether the matter is one for
which we are willing or able to accept professional responsibility. We will
not make this determination by e-mail communication. We may be required to
decline representation if it would create a conflict of interest with our
other clients. You should therefore not provide us with any confidential
