Beryl Nusbaum is a partner in the firm and a member of the Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in litigation with particular emphasis on product liability, environmental, corporate and securities cases, accounting malpractice and municipality defense. He also practices in the area of personal injury litigation, contract negotiation, real estate financing transactions and leasing. Mr. Nusbaum obtained a B.A. from Columbia College of Columbia University. He received his J.D. degree from Yale University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and in the State of Florida.

Mr. Nusbaum is active in the Jewish Community Federation of Greater Rochester as counsel and Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Nusbaum is also a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Temple Beth El and is active in the Columbia College Alumni Association.
