Stanley A. Gordon, of counsel to the firm currently advises individuals and corporate clients in sophisticated transactions relating to estate planning and administration, real estate, private equity financing and other corporate issues.

Representative Matters:

  • Obtained 7-0 Reversal in favor of client in Zoning Matter argued in New York Court of Appeals.
    • Successfully represented Executrix in administration and Disposition of real estate assets exceeding $20 million dollars in value.
    • General Corporate and financing advice to various corporations and individuals in multi-million dollar transactions.

Community Involvement:

Mr. Gordon served as President of the Jewish Community Center of Rochester and Chair of it Board of Governors; he is a past chair of the Endowment Committee of the Center; is active in community and philanthropic works, most recently as a member of the Entrepreneurial Board of the University of Rochester School of Nursing and a Board Member of the Friends of Eastman Opera of the University of Rochester Eastman School of Music.
