Representative Matters:
- Obtained 7-0 Reversal in favor of client in Zoning Matter argued in New York Court of Appeals.
- Successfully represented Executrix in administration and Disposition of real estate assets exceeding $20 million dollars in value.
- General Corporate and financing advice to various corporations and individuals in multi-million dollar transactions.
Community Involvement:
Mr. Gordon served as President of the Jewish Community Center of Rochester and Chair of it Board of Governors; he is a past chair of the Endowment Committee of the Center; is active in community and philanthropic works, most recently as a member of the Entrepreneurial Board of the University of Rochester School of Nursing and a Board Member of the Friends of Eastman Opera of the University of Rochester Eastman School of Music.
