Sarah J. Kwiatkowski is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Development & Finance Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, commercial leasing, real estate financing and business banking.  

Ms. Kwiatkowski received her B.A. degree magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester. She received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was a Research Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.

Representative Matters:

• Representation of commercial lenders in real estate transactions, including construction financing.

• Representation of commercial lenders with industrial development agency assisted financing, and loans with the U.S. Small Business Administration through the 504 and 7a programs.

• Assist in representation of seller of apartment complexes throughout Western New York.

• Representation of individuals with purchases and sales of residential property by reviewing and negotiating contracts, reviewing title and attending closings.

Ms. Kwiatkowski is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Professional Affiliations:

Ms. Kwiatkowski is a member of the Monroe County, New York State, and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys (GRAWA), she is also active with the Volunteer Legal Services Project of Monroe County, and volunteers with Lawyers for Learning.
