Timothy D. Condon is an associate in the firm and a member of the Business & Finance Department. His practice is focused in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law, franchise and business opportunity law, and corporate law & governance. Representation related to these areas of practice consists of the preparation, drafting and review of periodic reports and other SEC filings, including proxy materials required for shareholder meetings, the negotiation and drafting of a variety of agreements, including operating agreements, shareholders' agreements, merger agreements, asset or stock purchase agreements, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, non-competition agreements, and other documents relative to the formation, ownership, operation, management and transfer of businesses, as well as the counseling of franchisors and franchisees with respect to the registration or purchase of business opportunities.
Community Involvement:
Mr. Condon has acted as a volunteer mentor for local elementary students with the Rochester City School District in the Lawyers for Learning program, and also with the Compeer Mentoring Children of Promise Program.
Tim is a member of the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network and an active supporter of Cornell athletics.
As a community representative, Tim served on the Victor Central School District 2010 Capital Project Advisory Committee for a $28.7 million construction project intended to accommodate district growth.

Professional Affiliations:
Mr. Condon is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations, and their Business Law and Young Lawyers Sections. He is also a member of the Cornell Club of Rochester and the Phi Kappa Psi Alumni Association of Rochester.
Other:
Tim resides in Victor with his wife, Kelly, their son Beckett, and three labs, Maggie, Brick and Champ. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, attending sporting events, and traveling.
