Compensation & Benefits

We provide a compensation package to our associates which is competitive with the larger firms in our market. Salary for our Summer Associates is close to the starting salary for first year associates. We also provide a bar allowance for new first year associates who have accepted positions with the firm following completion of the summer program, which is paid upon graduation from law school.
