Each summer associate is assigned a mentor who is an associate within the particular group of departments to which the summer associate is temporarily assigned. Mentors rotate to different summer associates as the summer associates rotate through the departments, allowing new relationships to build and fostering the summer associates' learning experience. Although all of our attorneys perform mentorship functions with respect to our summer associates, the assigned mentors are charged with taking initial responsibility for answering each summer associate's questions and helping them to integrate into the Firm.
