Katherine H. McGuire, Esq. a Partner and Patent Attorney in the Firm's Intellectual Property Department will be a featured speaker on October 13, 2010 at The University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership's Hi-Tec Program. She will speak on business development and stages of growth in a high tech company.
The CEL Hi-Tec program is meant to help establish and advance early stage technology-based businesses in the region as part of a larger initiative promoting entrepreneurship through various program components and networking opportunities. This program is one part of a larger initiative that includes a Pre-Seed Workshop and a UB Certificate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation in Biosciences that is being presented at Millard Fillmore College.
