December 22, 2011- Woods Oviatt Gilman announced today that three new attorneys have joined their Residential Foreclosure Department. Natalie A. Grigg, Anna Zornek and Michael Jablonski have joined the firm as associates and will represent creditors and servicers throughout New York State in foreclosures including loss mitigation and all litigated matters.
Ms. Grigg received her Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo Law School in May 2002 with a concentration in Civil Litigation. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Legal Studies in February 1999 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Prior to joining Woods Oviatt, Ms. Grigg represented creditors and servicers in contested matters in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings throughout New York State. She has extensive experience with litigated matters within bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings as well as commercial litigation.
Mr. Jablonski is a 2009 graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School and received a B.A. in legal studies from the University at Buffalo in 2006. Mr. Jablonski has experience in real estate and foreclosure litigation.
Ms. Zornek obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Geneseo where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. She received her Juris Doctor degree from University at Buffalo School of Law, where she was an editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal, president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, chair member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and participant in the Saul Lefkowitz trademark moot court competition in New York City.
