He will be joining the firm’s Real Estate & Finance Department and will concentrate his practice in Public Finance. Mr. Curtin has extensive experience in general obligation and revenue bond tax law, structured debt transactions and hedge fund management. He has handled responsibilities of a Public Finance Practice for over 30 years including representing cities, towns, villages, school districts, and private financial institutions on numerous public and private debt transactions.
