Our attorneys counsel clients providing health care services in their regular business legal matters, informed by the array of special laws and rules that apply to health care providers. We represent them in planning for compliance with those health care laws and rules and in resolving audits or other disputes with other providers and third-party payers. 

We regularly work with physicians, dentists and other health professionals to:

• Establish new practice entities;

• Merge with other practice entities; and 

• Dissolve current practice relationships.

We represent skilled nursing facilities and entities providing financing for them in transactions involving the purchase or sale of the facilities. We advise our clients on establishing and maintaining effective programs to insure compliance with governmental health care regulations, and we represent them when third party payers, including Medicare and health plans, make claims for billing discrepancies.
