The creation and management of condominiums and associations are legally complex and time consuming propositions.  Our group has been preparing and filing offering plans with the NYS Attorney General’s Office since the early 1980’s.  Our knowledge of the governing regulations and the perspectives of the reviewing attorneys plays a key role in ensuring our clients meet their legal obligations.  Our experience in working with developers in the creation of these communities, gives us our unique ability to work with owners after the developer has completed sales.
