Brandie Mask is a Counsel in the firm's Business & Finance Department. Her practice is focused in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law & governance. She also has experience with capital markets, restructurings and public offerings.
Brandie represents a variety of clients, from publicly and privately held entities of all sizes to large private equity firms. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, food and fitness franchising, healthcare and IT.
Brandie received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A from the University of Alabama, where she graduated magna cum laude with International Honors.
Prior to joining Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP, Brandie was an associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP and Kirkland & EllisLLP, in their respective Houston offices.
