Paula Lapin is Of Counsel to Woods Oviatt. Her practice areas include commercial real estate and condominium development.

Ms. Lapin represents developers, buyers and sellers in commercial real estate matters. She also writes offering plans for condominiums and homeowner's associations throughout upstate New York and represents many of their Boards of Directors on an ongoing basis.

Prior to joining Woods Oviatt she was with Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman PC. Earlier, Ms. Lapin ran her own solo law practice for 12 years. During that time she represented numerous condominium developers in projects that started thriving new communities in Syracuse, NY.
