Stuart P. Frame is an Associate in the Default Services Department. Mr. Frame represents lenders, investors and servicers in residential mortgage foreclosures, evictions and related litigation throughout New York State.

Prior to joining Woods Oviatt, Mr. Frame represented creditors in residential and commercial foreclosures in upstate New York, as well as private clients in various civil litigation matters. Mr. Frame also has extensive experience in the representation of real estate developers in transactional real estate as well as in syndicated real estate filings with the New York State Attorney General.
