Greta K. Kolcon, Esq. will be a featured speaker at the NYSBA's Basics of Environmental Law 2018 Seminar in Buffalo April 18th, 2018.

Greta Kolcon, Esq., a Partner in the firm will be a featured speaker at the Basics of Environmental Law seminar on April 18th in Buffalo.   This full-day seminar, presented in four locations throughout the state, is designed for practicing attorneys and newly admitted attorneys who would benefit from a fundamental overview of New York and federal environmental law. The seminar will provide practical information on the structure and procedures of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and other state and federal environmental regulators. The seminar will focus on federal and state environmental quality review and various aspects of challenging agency action. It will provide practical information related to developing contaminated real property and working with regulators to remediate hazardous waste sites. Attendees will leave the seminar with a solid understanding of the application of federal and New York State environmental laws and with strong practical skills related to the more commonly encountered aspects of those laws.
