James P. McElheny is the former Managing Partner of the firm and a member of the firm's Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in personal injury and product liability defense, insurance coverage and risk management issues and condemnation. Jim is also a member of the firm's Management Committee which is responsible for general oversight and management of the firm.
