Khalid O. Vrede is an Associate in the Litigation Department. His experience includes representing clients in a wide range of business and civil litigation, labor and employment law, federal securities law, and business counseling.

He earned his J.D. with a Specialization in International Legal Affairs from Cornell Law School where he served as Co-President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, participated in the Asylum and Convention Against Torture Appellate Clinic, and was a member of the Federalist Society.

Prior to law school, Khalid was a fellow in the New York Legal Education Opportunity Program through the New York State Judicial Institute at the Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in English Rhetoric from Binghamton University.

Before joining Woods Oviatt Gilman, Khalid practiced at a law firm in New York City.
