Lisa A. Neilans is Of Counsel in the firm's Real Estate and Finance Department. Lisa has significant experience in commercial and residential real estate, including sales, acquisitions and development transactions. She also handles commercial real estate financing and business banking transactions within the firm. Lisa frequently negotiates and drafts real estate purchase and sale agreements, guides clients through real estate transaction projects, as well as handles examination and finalization of title insurance matters.

Lisa is a Rochester native, who currently lives in Parma with her husband and three children. In her spare time, Lisa loves to read, garden and enjoy the outdoors with her family.
