Christopher is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate and Finance Department. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate development, commercial real estate finance, and commercial real estate transactions. His practice encompasses acquisitions, dispositions and financings across a variety of asset classes throughout the country, including manufactured housing communities, shopping centers, multifamily projects, and office buildings. His practice also includes sale-leaseback and net lease transactions, and tax-deferred exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. Christopher also represents private lenders in sophisticated lending transactions, advising on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of secured and asset-based financing arrangements.
Christopher received his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from University of Dayton.
