Jeff Vaisey is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department and concentrates his practice on commercial real estate, finance, corporate and transactional matters. Jeff has a broad range of experience, on a local and national level, including commercial real estate acquisition/disposition/financing, leasing, sale/leaseback transactions, tax-deferred exchanges (1031 and 721/UPREIT transactions), and various finance transactions (secured and unsecured, syndicated and single-lender, swap transactions under ISDA documents).

Jeff is fluent in French.
