Madeleine concentrates her practice in advising public and private sector employers on a range of employment and labor law issues, including employee discipline and separations, workplace investigations, accommodation requests, leave compliance, wage and hour matters, reductions in force, and employment policies. She also represents employers in matters before administrative agencies such as the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and federal and state Departments of Labor.
Madeleine received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an Editorial Board Member for the Virginia Law & Business Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science and English, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.
