At a Glance

Michael is an Associate in the firm’s Business and Finance Department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, commercial transactions, sports law and other business-related matters.

He received his J.D., from The University at Buffalo School of Law, and his B.S., in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. In addition to serving as Co-President of Buffalo’s Sports Law Society, Mike has prior experience working with the Major League Baseball Commissioner’s Office, New York Mets and GOLF.com and writes and speaks extensively about the legal issues related to sports.
