Morgan Napierski is an associate attorney in the Trusts and Estates department. She advises individuals and families on a wide range of estate planning and estate administration matters. Morgan works closely with clients to develop thoughtful, tax-efficient strategies that preserve wealth, protect assets and ensure the smooth transfer of property across generations, tailored to each client’s wishes and needs.
Morgan’s practice includes the skilled preparation of Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills and Health Care Proxies. She also assists clients with estate and trust administration matters, guiding fiduciaries through post-death asset management. She also has experience addressing federal and state estate, gift and income tax considerations as part of comprehensive estate planning. She is committed to providing practical and personalized guidance and takes great pride in building long-term relationships with clients and their families.
She earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law where she served as a Pro Bono Scholar, an Articles Editor for the Buffalo Law Review, an Associate for the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, and a volunteer with the Buffalo Public Interest Law Program. As a Pro Bono Scholar, Morgan worked at a non-profit her last semester of law school where she provided legal services for Mental Hygiene Legal Services, serving as an advocate for mentally disabled persons who live in community based or institutional facilities.
Ms. Napierski received her B.A. in Geological Science, Psychology Minor from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.
