Tom is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate and Finance Department. He concentrates his practice in commercial leasing, commercial real estate development and transactions, land use and zoning, and title insurance.

Tom received his J.D., summa cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law. He received his B.S. in Management and Marketing, summa cum laude, from Canisius College.
