Robert W. Croessmann is a retired Partner in the Business & Finance Department and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and individual income taxation, partnership taxation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate divisions and recapitalization, like-kind exchanges and employee benefits, pension plan design and administration, ERISA matters. Before coming to Rochester, Mr. Croessmann worked in the National Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C., where he was responsible for private letter rulings involving corporate mergers, acquisitions, liquidations and divestitures.
Honors
Former United States Marine and was awarded the Vietnam Campaign Medal with device and the Vietnam Services Medal with one star.
